If the weather does not play along, you only need to cancel briefly. There are no costs. However, you are welcome to come on an alternative day if the weather is fine again.

In general, registration is not necessary for a perfect visit. Smaller groups of 10-20 people in particular do not need to register.
Registration is desirable for groups of 50 or more. Just give us a call or send us a message using our contact form.
Yes, the GROUP PRICE is available on our rides for groups of 15 or more.
Yes, there is certainly enough space in the parking lot for you and your travel group to arrive by coach. You are welcome to check our website under Directions to see where the best parking option is for you.
We recommend parking in the "Wasserkuppe parking lot P5".
You can pay on site in cash or by EC card. It is also possible to pay on account.
Yes, you can buy tickets for all attractions on site. Some of the attractions also have a coin slot and therefore do not require tickets.
A light rain won't stop us, you can continue hurtling down the mountain. However, if it starts to rain heavily, we will have to close the course for the time being.
Yes, we can also write an invoice which you can conveniently transfer after your stay. To do this, please provide an invoice address and a contact person when you register.
No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.
Not necessarily. If you are alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket office, you already get the group discount.

Yes, you can also buy group tickets on site. Cash payment and payment by EC card are accepted here. You can also order tickets in our webshop before your visit, which makes your visit easier and you don't have to queue.
It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.
