Yes, the GROUP PRICE is available on our rides for groups of 15 or more.
Not necessarily. If you are alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket office, you already get the group discount.
No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.
Yes, we have group prices for school classes. Our group price is available for groups of 15 or more.
Normally, four trips per hour/person are possible. This depends on the actual rush.
We promise: once you've ridden once, you'll definitely want to ride a second time!

A school trip can be very different. From our experience, we plan with the following time intervals:
- Summer toboggan run: 1.5-2.5 hours
- Food & drink: 1 hour
- plus travel time
We estimate that a school class will spend 2-3 hours here. The actual time depends on the size of the group and the day's program. It is best to plan your journey.
It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.
Our prices are divided into different age categories:
On the summer toboggan run, guests up to the age of 14 pay the price for children. Guests aged 15 and over pay the adult price.
This also applies to schoolchildren on school trips. Please also note our prices for group offers.
Smaller school classes of less than 50 people do not need to register. We also recommend pre-registration via our contact form.
We need the following information:
- Date and time of the planned arrival
- Duration of stay, if known
- Number of participants (children or adults)
- The mobile phone number of a supervisor or teacher who will accompany you on the day of the visit
Your details are only required for internal processes and will not be saved or passed on to third parties.
We subject our lifts to the statutory TÜV inspection at regular intervals. The rides are also serviced daily. If you follow the safety instructions of our staff on site and the signs on the track, accidents are virtually impossible.

After you and your school class have arrived at the Ski- und Rodelarena Wasserkuppe, you register with us at the ticket office.
If you book in advance, our staff will already be informed.
Take a look at our DISH CARD and visit the cozy Märchenwiesenhütte. You will also find all information on allergens and additives on the menu.
Yes, you can buy tickets for all attractions on site. Some attractions also have a coin slot and therefore do not require tickets.
