Important Questions at a glance
When you arrive with your group, simply report to the toboggan cash desk. Here we will explain everything to you and you will receive your complete birthday package.
Pre-registration or reservation is not necessary. Simply contact us at the toboggan cash desk on the day of the children's birthday party. There you will receive all further information about tobogganing and food.
It is best to plan 1.5 - 2 hours for your stay. You can decide individually how long you would like to stay with us.
- Summer toboggan run: 30-45 min
- Witches' broom: 10-20 min
- Marble run: 10-15 min
- Food & drink: 20-30 min
It's best to check out all the attractions now so you're well prepared.
We don't mind if you bring your own birthday cake. Enjoy it to the full! Alternatively, cakes and other snacks are available from us in the Märchenwiesenhütte.
It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.
No no, it's enough if it was your birthday shortly before. You don't have to come by exactly on your birthday. The main thing is that you have a great birthday party!

We do not have a specially decorated table for your group. However, we do have plenty of seating options that you can use (without a reservation).
Take a look at our DISH CARD and visit the cozy Märchenwiesenhütte. You will also find all information on allergens and additives on the menu.
No, you do not need a declaration of consent from parents. Children aged 8 and over can toboggan alone and can also accompany children under the age of 8.
A light shower should not stop the fun. However, if it starts to rain more heavily, we have to close the lanes temporarily.
Yes, if the weather conditions are too bad or the birthday child is unable to attend for health reasons, you can of course cancel free of charge.
